Yes, in normal amounts for people. Dentists recommend 6–10 g a day, and Pearly hits that at 10 mints. Consuming a very large amount (30 g or more) can cause mild digestive discomfort. Important: xylitol is toxic to dogs. Keep out of reach of pets.
